A new Kannegiesser high-speed ironer line featuring a 3-roll heating-band ironer, EMR SyncroPro feeding machine, and Quantex camera quality control system has been successfully commissioned in Singapore, delivering high-performance flatwork finishing with advanced automated quality inspection.
The EMR SyncroPro feeding machine is becoming an increasingly popular solution across the region. Its compact footprint makes it ideal for laundries where floor space is limited, while maintaining high feeding performance, excellent throughput, and an ergonomic working position for operators.
As part of the project, the Kannegiesser Thailand team completed hands-on machine training on the Quantex camera quality control system. The training was led by Ricco Stegemeier from Germany, who shared his expertise with the Kannegiesser Southeast Asia team to support knowledge transfer and strengthen regional technical capabilities.
The successful commissioning and training program further reinforce Kannegiesser’s commitment to delivering advanced laundry technology alongside expert local support, ensuring customers benefit from reliable performance, efficient operation, and the latest automation solutions.
